Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently?

Looking back, I think I would have taken more risks earlier in my career. When I transitioned from coaching to the corporate world, I was hesitant to step out of my comfort zone. While this caution allowed me to develop at my own pace, I now realize that embracing challenges and taking calculated risks can lead to tremendous growth and learning. I also wish I had sought out more mentors earlier in my journey. Learning from others who have walked similar paths can provide invaluable insights and guidance. Despite these reflections, I appreciate the journey I’ve had and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

What advice would you give to someone starting out?

My advice to someone starting out would be to embrace a mindset of continuous learning. The landscape of any industry is constantly evolving, and staying curious and open to new ideas will keep you adaptable and relevant. Don’t be afraid to take risks and step out of your comfort zone; that’s where real growth happens. Building a strong network of mentors and peers is also crucial, as they can provide support and guidance throughout your career. Finally, always stay true to your values and maintain a balance between your professional and personal life.
